A Korean BBQ Feast

I thought wow we deserved this feast after beating ourselves up with endless walking tours in Sydney's crowded and touristy place. We did Darling Harbour that day showing our visitor the place and finally treated ourselves to a sumptuous Korean BBQ dinner. It looked and tasted so delicious!

Chicken Balls

Fuel up with some chicken balls! They were soft and juicy and delicious! So perfect for a quick dinner. I’ll tryto make them at home but making them juicy and not dry is a big challenge!

Thai Food Cravings

Spring rolls, lamb curry, fried chicken, roti, fish soup, rice and fresh coconut juice! All soooo good! I promise I’ll have them all again soon!

Wagyu Steak for Easter

I’ve been craving for steak the past couple of weeks and since I was trying to avoid some food during the holy week, I kind of saved this up for Easter Sunday. And what a Sunday dinner it was! Delicious!

The Bunny Pizza

This was my son’s pizza, a very cute pizza bunny! Unfortunately, he was missing his regular round Margherita pizza which has more sauce than the bunny so we had to order another one. I volunteered to eat the ears which were from really good dough.

Pork Belly

Because it was Australia Day, I opted for something a bit fancy and filling (as I was already starving at that time). My choice of pork belly with mashed potato with truffle oil was delectable! Paired it with a cold berry-passionfruit mocktail, just perfect!

Delicious pork belly!

Hotpot and Barbeque

On my birthday, I opted for a meaty, warm and of course delicious dinner and this was the outcome. A hotpot - barbeque experience! It was fun being in a restaurant, cooking for ourselves. We did good for our first time (at least no burnt meat). It was an awesome choice!

Christmas Dinner 2015

What was yours? Well, this was ours... a deliciously stuffed grilled whole chicken. It came with boiled sweet Dutch carrots and could be paired with crackers and cheese. It wasn't a feast for many but it was for the 3 of us :)! Hope you had a joyful celebration!

Spicy Laksa

Not my favorite but hubby really likes laksa. Just tried it here in Sydney. It's spicy and can taste coconut milk in it. Definitely one heavy meal. Great dish for cold days.

Crispy Duck

I miss crispy duck! I'm literally drooling over this photo. I've been disappointed with my recent duck orders, they were not so crispy! I definitely wanna go back to china town.

Veal Stir Fry

I made veal stir fry this for dinner with carrots, potato and taro. The latter made the dish sticky and thick. Yummy though.

Japanese Dinner

Found my love on sushi and sashimi. This was definitely an enjoyable meal. Filled my tummy till it ached.
